Only authors whose abstracts have been already accepted or those
who had applied for an extension individually are permitted to
submit their manuscripts as soon as possible.
- Authors can
submit the Full Paper directly, without previously submitting an
abstract of that paper. That is, authors who have their full papers
ready, can directly submit their full papers to the conference
secretariat earlier, allowing more time for the review process. This will
help to make a decision about their full paper sooner and will
facilitate their full paper publication in one of the appropriate

- Authors can also submit abstracts to the conference
