Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ):
What is the overall procedure to get the article
published?
The review process of journal is according to a Double
Blind Review, with an initial screening. Initial
screening is done on all manuscripts submitted to the
journal to ensure their relevancy with the journal scope
and satisfying journal preliminary requirements.
Therefore, all manuscripts submitted to the journal will
be checked by the Editor(s) to ensure it is
relevant to journal subject coverage and research
interests and are in accordance to journal standards.
Based on the initial screening, the manuscript:
- might be fully relevant to one of the journal topics
and be assigned to referees for the review process;
- might need some instant simple modifications and
editing to be aligned with journal objectives and
topicality;
- might be irrelevant to journal topicality, contradict
with journal objectives, or ignores one of the journal
rules and/or principles;
This initial decision will be made by the editor(s)
within two weeks from manuscript submission date.
Having passed through this initial screening, the
manuscript will be assigned a unique Manuscript Number
and will be given to at least two of journal reviewers
in the field for the blind peer review. The reviewers’
identity will not be revealed and therefore journal has
a Closed Peer Review process. Depending on the
reviewers’ time schedule and number of articles under
their review, the process might vary, but the journal
editors aim to finish the double blind review process in
maximum 1-2 months from the time the initial decision has
been made and the manuscript has been sent to reviewers
for the blind peer review process.
The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief in
charge of a specific article, in consultation with the
Deputy Editors (when required).
At any stage that a decision has been made on the
submitted manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief will inform
the author(s) about it. Should the manuscript is
accepted with a revision, the author(s) is asked to
revise their paper and send the modified version before
the identified deadline, which will then be reviewed by
Editor-in-Chief and/or reviewer for the
approval/rejection/modification notice.
The Editor-in-Chief may send the manuscript to
Statistical Advisor, in case he decides it is necessary
or when it is recommended by the reviewers.
Effective January 2013, a different publication fee applies to the publication,
which is to be paid only after a final acceptance
decision has been made about the paper. Authors from developing countries may ask for partial fee reduction. For any inquiries about the publication fee, you can contact ijcrimph@iomcworld.com
If the author(s) is not happy with the review result and
the decision made on the manuscript or if he has a
comment or suggestion, he may reflect his
opinions/complains/suggestions by emailing journal
editorial team at ijcrimph@iomcworld.com
What is the frequency of the published journal?
Monthly
What is the average time line for the review of the Article?
Depending on the reviewers’ time schedule and number
of articles under their review, the process might vary,
but the journal editors aim to finish the double blind
review process within 3 to 5 weeks from the time the
initial decision has been made and the manuscript has
been sent to reviewers for the blind peer review
process.
