The
International Journal of
Collaborative Research on Internal Medicine & Public
Health (IJCRIMPH)
founded in March 2009 celebrates its first anniversary
this year. The successful organization of 2 series of
International Online Medical
Conferences provided an impetus
for launching the journal with the assistance of our
good publisher: DRUNPP. The journal has to date
published 13 issues comprising of a total of 20
articles.
Despite
the short tenure of the journal, it has been well
received by the academic community. We are pleased to
say that our authors, peer-reviewers and editorial board
members come from all across the world. Besides, the
journal and its published papers have been successfully
indexed in established databases including (but not
limited to)
EBSCO,
EMBASE,
ProQuest,
DOAJ,
GALE Cengage,
and
IndexCopernicus.
Thanks
to the highly-qualified and dedicated reviewers,
IJCRIMPH has maintained a competitive average review
process time of less than 1.5 months. Moreover, papers
once accepted are published almost without any delay,
helping successful authors to share their academic work
with their peers in no time.
IJCRIMPH ensures high quality of its standards by
requiring the editorial board members and reviewers to
comply with the Editorial Policy Statements that are
approved by the Council of Science Editors (CSE).
Moreover, the journal complies with the Uniform
Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical
Journals, issued by the International Committee for
Medical Journal Editors.
The
objectives of International Journal of Collaborative
Research on Internal Medicine & Public Health (IJCRIMPH)
are to promote discussions, studies, collaborative
researches and activities on the current internal
medicine and public health topics with an emphasis on
epidemiological studies, prophylactic measures and
secondary treatment methods. The journal publishes high
quality editorials, research articles, reviews, book
reviews, case reports, meeting reports, methodology
articles, and short reports. We strongly urge authors to
comply with
journal guidelines.
The
editors would like to invite all researchers and experts
whose areas of interest and research expertise fall
within the topicality or scope of IJCRIMPH, to consider
our journal as an appropriate means to present their
research works and share it with the world.
With
that in mind, we anticipate that IJCIMPH will continue
on its trajectory of improvement and receive further
attention from the medical community. In our part, we
will ensure that the quality of the journal and its
published papers are kept at a high level, so that
IJCRIMPH can soon be indexed in premier databases
including
Scopus,
PubMed,
and
ISI Thomson.
Once
again we would like to take this opportunity to
acknowledge the authors, reviewers and members of the
Editorial Board who have supported us during the last
year and look forward to their continued involvement. |
