Biography
Gabriel Ng received a professional diploma of physiotherapy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1984) a master degree in physiotherapy from the University of Queensland (1991) and PhD (Anatomy) from Monash University (1996). He is chair professor and head of Department of Rehabilitation Sciences of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include sports physiotherapy, basic sciences of connective tissue repair, and patellofemoral pain syndrome. He publishes extensively in scientific and professional journals and has received research awards from Australia and the United States as well as the President’s Teaching Award from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
