Currently, he is affiliated to the National Weather Service, San Juan, PR Weather Forecast Office, 4000 Carretera 190 Carolina, Puerto Rico . His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.ÃÂ His research interests in Mesoscale Systems, Climate Change and Ozone Layer reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.ÃÂ
