Development of biological and molecular markers to study new therapeutic targets in the treatment of diabetes and high blood pressure. Study the involvement of oxidative stress and of the TRPV1 receptor in the induction and expression of the B1 receptor of kinins. Studying the role of kinin receptors in neuropathic pain , diabetes and high blood pressure. Receptor role of kinin B1 study in diabetic retinopathy , septic shock (treatment LPS), epilepsy (kindling models and kainate) and Alzheimer's disease (transgenic mice with?amyloid Plaques).
