Nodules of the Glans Penis and Penis as the Only Manifestation of Nonsystemic Sarcoidosis; an Exceptional Location

Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease of unknown origin affecting
patients aged between 25 years and 40 years, and it has a
higher incidence in women and in patients of African descent.
We report the first case of sarcoidosis of the glans penis and
penis, without systemic manifestations, in a patient of North
African descent. Local treatment was initiated in this case.
