    Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are increasingly utilized as a primary treatment option for patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) due to their efficacy in glycemic control, weight management, and cardiovascular protection. However, a notable proportion of patients may require treatment intensification to achieve optimal glycemic targets.
