Abstract :

Nanomedicine is rapidly evolving and interesting field of research both in technological area and medical area. It is generating lot of hope in diagnosis, imaging and therapy due to current advancement in nanotechnology research. Areas of special interest are imaging, diagnostic, and targeted deliveries in gastroenterology, oncology, cardiovascular, gynecology and obstetrics, and breast. Breast cancer has been a huge burden on the society and physicians as well. Different areas of cancer in breast can be more thoroughly studies with nanocompounds. Low cost imaging for mass screening looks possible in upcoming years. To stimulate research and development of this very important research area, it is essential to catch the attention of new investigator and businessmen to develop nanotechnology based products for clinical problems.
