Abstract :

A meloblastic fibro-odontoma (AFO) is a benign, slow growing, rarely seen, mix odontogenic tumor; which also contains odontogen ectomesenchyme and odontogen epithelium. At formation and growth stages both the complex and compound odontomas ape like odontogenesis and have the AFO period. But sometimes ameloblastic fibroma, fibrodentinoma and AFO can be seen as the improving stages of odontomas. They can also seen and considered as different entities, that have similar morphology but are the real neoplasm. On this case we argue about the patient, who apply for ortognatic threatment and coincidenly seen at the radiography and after pathological diagnoses its known as AFO.
