Fanconis anemia is a blood disorder, which is a familial form of aplastic anemia. Children with this disorder bruise easily and experience nosebleeds. It is caused by genetic and environmental interactions. Fanconi′s syndrome can be acquired instead of inherited due to acute lead poisoning.
