He is awarded PhD in Meteorology and Oceanography from Toulon University France. He has extended his/her valuable service as a voluntary assistant at the Institute of Cosmo-geophysics of the C.N.R., Turin and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor for with tenure in Water Supply & Wastewater Engineering at Turin Polytechnic. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests as an Assistant Professor in Climate change; Geomorphology; Risk assessment; Harbor operations, Waves; Maintenance policy reflect in his/her wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Climatology & Weather Forecasting.
