Currently, he is affiliated to the National Weather Service, San Juan, PR Weather Forecast Office, Puerto Rico. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.ÃÂ His research interests in Heat and Extreme events reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.ÃÂ He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.ÃÂ
