Biography

Currently, Isaac Mugume is affiliated to Makerere University, Uganda. International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  Isaac Mugume’s research interests in Climate change; Climate response; Mann-kendall trend test; Urban and desert areas of China reflect wide range of publications in various national and international journals and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.
