Currently, he is affiliated to the Department of Economics, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, 793022, Meghalaya, India. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests in crop diversification; Cropping pattern; Technology; Agro-infrastructure; Agro-climatic conditions; Assam agriculture reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.Â
