Currently, Winarso PAis affiliated to Indonesia State College of Meteorology and Geophysics, Indonesia. International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Winarso PA’s research interests in Climate change; Wind energy conversion; Windmill; Atmosphere reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.
