Our policies benefit our authors, editors, reviewers and the pursuers as we take a stab at a reliable, transparent and proficient publishing process.

Editorial and Publication Policies

Once the manuscript has been submitted to us and is under consideration, you may not submit your manuscript elsewhere. We reserve the right to dismiss a paper even after it has been accepted if it becomes evident that there are serious issues with its scientific content, or our policies have been violated.
  • Peer-review Policy- All the manuscripts submitted to IOMC will follow single blind peer review process. During the time of submission process the author can recommend the names of the peers who can be assigned to review their manuscript. Suggested reviewers should hold the expertise in their fields and should be able to deliver an impartial assessment of the manuscript. However, there should not be any conflicts of interest while recommending reviewers. Please note that the journal’s editors are not obliged to invite any recommended/opposed reviewers to assess your manuscript.
All the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be reviewed by two suitable experts in respective subject area. Comments of both the reviewers will be considered while deciding on acceptance, revision or rejection of a manuscript. The assigned editor for the manuscript will have the authority to make the final decision.
  •  Authorship- IOMC recommends that the authorship of a manuscript should be based on the below mentioned criteria. Specifically,
    - Each author is supposed to make substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work ; OR
    - The acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data; OR
    - Creation of new software used in the work; OR
    - Have drafted the work or substantially revised it; AND
    - Has approved the final submitted version; AND
    - Agrees to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

Other personnel who were involved in generation of the research paper but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be mentioned in the acknowledgments section with a brief description of the nature of their contribution.

  •  Conflict of Interest- Authors should accompany their manuscript with clear disclosures from all authors about any past or present affiliation, funding sources, financial or relevant interest that may have influenced the development of the manuscript. Licenses (regardless of whether applications or grants to the creators or home establishments) identified with the work ought to likewise be announced. Reviewers should disclose any conflict of interest and if necessary, decline the review of any manuscript they perceive to have a conflict of interest. Editors should also decline from considering any manuscript that may have conflict of interest. Such manuscripts will be re-assigned to other editors.
  • Fee Policy

To cover publication costs IOMC journals charge an Article Publication Charge (APC). APCs vary by journal. Authors can check the APC at the journal’s website. To cover the cost for providing our high-quality publishing service and free access to readers, authors pay a one-time article processing charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer-review. If an author would like their article to be published in any journal under IOMC but cannot afford the APC, then individual waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in cases of genuine need.
  • Open Access Policy

All articles published in IOMC journals are fully open access: made freely and permanently accessible to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons license which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. The authors and copyright holders provide permission to all users a free, irretrievable, worldwide, perpetual right of access and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and disseminate derivative works in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship, as well as the right to make small number of printed copies for their personal use. anadolu yakasi evden eve nakliyat

Ethics
The publication of an article in a journal is a crucial building block in the advancement of a coherent and valued network of knowledge. It is an immediate impression of the nature of work of the author and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and epitomize the scientific method. It is therefore in this manner critical to agree upon standards of anticipated ethical behaviour. Information for authors, reviewers and editors about how to publish ethically is described under their responsibilities. Following subjects should be kept under consideration while publishing in order to prevent any ethical violation:

  • Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution or interpretation of the reported study.
  • The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, it should then be appropriately cited or quoted.
  • Any personnel who were involved in generation of the research paper but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be mentioned in the acknowledgments section with a brief description of the nature of their contribution.
  • All submissions must include disclosure of all relationships that could be viewed as presenting a potential conflict of interest.
  • If an author learns a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's responsibility to promptly inform the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
  • Statements of submission are required if the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that has any unusual hazards inherent in their use or if it involves the use of animal or human subjects.

Studies on patients or volunteers require ethics committee approval and informed consent, which should be documented in the paper.p>
