Dr. Sara Arscott is working as manager of clinical research.In 2009, Dr. Arscott received a doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2006, Dr. Arscott received a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Arscott graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Cartography and Geography. She pursued a profession in Geographic Information Systems for 9 years before changing career directions to pursue advanced degrees in nutrition. Dr. Arscott coordinates the design and preparation of clinical research protocols, assists in negotiations with external investigators and research sites, and oversees the conduct, coordination, and monitoring of clinical trials. Before joining Standard Process in 2012, Dr. Arscott worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she continued her doctoral investigations of provitamin A carotenoid bioavailability and coordinated two international maize provitamin A efficacy trials in south-central Africa.
