Ahmed M. Almehdi has received his PhD in Biochemistry from Oregon State University during the period of 1991. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in UAE University. He has designed, coordinated, and edited the proposal for Biochemistry B.Sc Degree program. He is the Director of the Editorial Board for “Environmental Issues” Journal, 2003–2005. He is an active member of German Biochemical/Molecular Biology Society and also in European Society for Photochemistry/Photobiology since 1999.
